Rakaa Iriscience – Crown of Thorns Artwork & Track Listing

Decon Records released the cover artwork and track listing for Rakaa Iriscience’s (Rakaa Taylor) upcoming Crown of Thorns.

As Rakaa noted in our interview back in February, one of the highlights is “Ambassador Slang” which will be huge posse cut featuring many Asian/Pacific Islander artists including Korean/Korean-American artists Tasha (Yoon Mi Rae), Tiger JK, Dumbfounded, and Tablo & Mithra Jin (of Epik High).

The whole album track list is crazy as he also has the legendary KRS-One, among others, along with Evidence & DJ Babu from Dilated Peoples (his group). It looks as though the release date has been moved back to July 20th (it was tentatively scheduled for May). If you are a hip hop fan you can’t help but be excited to check out this album!
